Hard Miles | Coming-Of-Age Sports Drama starring Matthew Modine, Sean Astin, Cynthia Kaye McWilliams and Leslie David Baker

Munro Film is excited to announce the digital release of coming-of-age sports drama Hard Miles, starring Matthew Modine (Oppenheimer, Stranger Things), Sean Astin (Stranger Things), Cynthia Kaye McWilliams and Leslie David Baker (The Office).

The multiple award-winning true story will be available on Digital Download from 2nd September.

Modine plays Greg Townsend, a coach who rounds up an unlikely crew of incarcerated students at a medium security correctional school in Colorado to work together on a gruelling bike ride from Denver to the Grand Canyon.

The young cast is played by Jahking Guillory (On My Block), Jackson Kelly (Lessons In Chemistry, Chucky), Damien Diaz (Shameless), and Zachary T. Robbins. Produced by Pensé Productions and co-written by the film’s director R.J. Daniel Hanna with Christian Sander. The film’s many award wins include Denver International Film Festival’s People’s Choice Award, Heartland International Film Festival’s Jimmy Stewart Legacy Award and Naples International Film Festival’s Audience Choice Award.
