Heart of an Oak in UK Cinemas 12th July

Icon Film Distribution is delighted to announce the release of Heart of an Oak in select UK Cinemas on 12th July and on Digital Download from 12th August.

Following its exclusive release on the Icon Film Chanel in June, the documentary that The Guardian stated rivals Top Gun: Maverick for “aerial cinematography of the decade” is a must-see on the big screen.

Poetic and beautiful, this documentary follows a year in the life of a majestic, 210-year-old oak tree and its many inhabitants, exploring the immensely rich universe thriving beneath its branches.

Featuring a unique cast including squirrels, birds, ants and mice, and packed with humour, joy and heart-in-your-mouth action, this remarkably unique feature offers a fascinating insight into the heart of a buzzing, vibrant, eco-system.

The film will be available in Select UK Cinemas from 12th July and then on Digital Download from 12th August.
