Jurassic World Dominion, Elvis, Bob’s Burgers: The Movie and The Black Phone top Rakuten TV’s August highlights
Today, premium Video-On-Demand platform Rakuten TV are excited to announce the release of their latest titles for August.
In Rakuten TV’s “STORE” selection, discover the latest releases fresh from the theatres. Witness the final chapter of the Jurassic World trilogy in Jurassic World: Dominion, which roared into cinemas this June. Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard team up with the original cast of Sam Neill, Laura Dern and Jeff Goldblum in this star-studded Summer smash hit.
For the lovers of musicals, Baz Luhrmann’s musical spectacular, Elvis, will be made available this month. Austin Butler stars as ‘The King’ in the biopic of one the most famous singer in history!
For horror lovers, Oscar nominee Ethan Hawke is the sinister serial killer “The Grabber” in The Black Phone. After being abducted by The Grabber and locked in a soundproof basement, a 13-year-old boy starts receiving calls on a disconnected phone from the killer’s previous victims. Additional horrors include: Men, starring Jessie Buckley and the shark creature feature, The Reef: Stalked.
Fans of the popular TV show, Bob’s Burgers, will love the release of their feature length film, Bob’s Burger’s: The Movie. Starring Jon H. Benjamin, Kristen Schaal and Dan Mintz, we return to the Belcher family as they try to save their restaurant.
Additional titles also to be released include Good Luck To You, Leo Grande starring Emma Thompson, Father Stu with Mark Wahlberg and Firestarter, the remake of the 1984 title with Zac Efron. Other new releases listed are family friendly titles such as My Sweet Monster and Vivo, Hot Seat (action) with Mel Gibson, The Hating Game (rom-com), Simmer (thriller) and Special Delivery (Korean action thriller).
Rakuten TV will also be releasing for free on their AVOD section; Papi Chulo (Comedy with Matt Boomer), Traffic (Michael Douglas and Benicio del Toro), Abduction (Taylor Launter), Ninja (Scott Adkins), The Last Act (Al Pacino and Greta Gerwig), Two Lovers (Joaquim Phoenix and Gwyneth Paltrow), Killers (Ashton Kutcher), The Hummingbird Project (Jesse Eisenberg, Alexander Skarsgard and Salma Hayek) & M.S. Dhoni: The Untold Story (Indian biopic).
In SVOD, Rakuten will be releasing Guilt on 1st August and Power Book III: Raising Kanan on 14th August.
For this month’s promo, Rakuten TV have launched their summer sale. This month, Rakuten TV will be offering a wide range of movie genres and recent titles.
