Scottish Independent film Matriarch gets Hollywood deal and Glasgow premiere

Scottish Indy Film Matriarch has been purchased by ‘large’
Hollywood Studio for North American rights. The studio has
forbidden and press release naming them until a release date is given – the
studio is a household name worldwide.

Matriarch was signed by LA sales agent Covert Media earlier this
year who then landed the deal with the studio. Covert Media’s films
include Fury (Brad Pitt, Shia LaBeouff), Dirty Grandpa (Robert DeNiro, Zac
Efron).

Scott Vickers is signed by Talent Management 3 Arts
Entertainment. 3 Arts Entertainment are known throughout the industry as
being a powerhouse of talent and production.

They represent stars like Kevin Hart, Chris Evans (Captain America in the Marvel Films), Matt LeBlanc
(Friends), Robert Pattinson (Twilight). And produced films such as Edge of
Tomorrow (Tom Cruise) and I Am Legend (Will Smith).

Cineworld Glasgow will screen Matriarch from 02 November going forwards. Matriarch will also premiere at Glasgow Horror Fest on the 28th Oct.
